In charge of development
Former owner of the Grand Bleu hotel and renowned fishing guide, Guillaume lives in Nosy-Be for more than twenty years and is a construction and renovation entrepreneur. He carried out tourist complexes in France, Spain, Bali and Madagascar.
Guillaume and his wife Magali are the current owners and managers of a hotel in Barcelona and take care of the Manga Soa Lodge (an establishment integrated into the golf course).

Jean-Claude CORNILLOT
Specialized architects of the French Golf Federation, he designed and built a large number of famous golf courses in France namely that of Aras (Open de France Dames) or of Hardelot.
Jean-Claude co-design, with Jean VAN DE VELDE, and build the Golf course of ITAMPOLO RESORT.
Jean VAN DE VELDE
Ex- professional player in the European circuit, and in the American circuit as well for 22 years, ex- French number one and the first one to take part in a Ryder Cup, former manager of the "Open de France”, Jean founded his own Golf Academy.
Jean co-design with Jean-Claude CORNILLOT and build the Golf course of ITAMPOLO RESORT, and sign an original création.

For more than 17 years, Olivier got involved with companies with different activity sectors to contribute to their development in France and across many countries.
Olivier supervises the marketing of ITAMPOLO RESORT and supports future owners, from their very first contacts with the estate to handing over the keys to their property.
Joël SOATRA
Deputy Project Manager
Former Deputy Mayor of the Urban Commune of Nosy-Be in charge of Foreign, Technical and Social Affairs, Joël also contributed to the development of the CGA or the Approved Management Centre (AMC) of the island as a GS before holding the position of National President at the JCI or International Junior Chamber in Madagascar (IJC).
Joël supervises the organizational, logistical and administrative part of the project.
Liana RABEVAZAHA
Financial and Administrative Manager
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Antananarivo, Liana then moved towards project management, management control and accounting, specialities that she practiced within large groups since 2016.
Liana is the administrative and financial manager of ITAMPOLO RESORT, and will be very pleased to welcome you in our showroom located at the entrance of Hell-Ville, across Madagascar Airlines.

Architect
Architect HMONP graduated from the Architecture and Landscape School of Bordeaux, Chloe tends towards a bioclimatic architecture which highlights and respects the environment where the project takes root. The use of materials is relating to the territory, the local economy and know-how.

Works and Studies Engineer
Graduate of engineering in BTP topography specialty, Nicolas is an experienced engineer who combines many professional experiences in building and construction, roads, buildings, villas and hotels.
Nicolas oversees all the constructions of the Domaine D'ITAMPOLO RESORT.
Laurent BELEGOU
Earthworks Manager
After a military past, Laurent converted into the earthwork and specialized in a hairdresser for ladies, then as a marketer, he converted to earthwork and specialized in the construction of prestigious Canadian golf courses.
Laurent supervises and coordinates the earthworks on the ground for the Golf and its access points, and those of the villas as well.
Prince George
Local Expert
Environmental specialist and local reference authority for communities, the Prince George is the interface with the local communities, an important role to ensure the proper integration of the Domain into the local culture.
