The villas, the constructions and the apartments belong to the owners.
All deeds are signed in front of a sworn notary.

1- You sign the preliminary reservation contract

  • Vous choisissez votre emplacement et versez un acompte de réservation de 50 000 € 

2- Travaux de construction

Délai de livraison : 4 mois après le début de la construction

  • Au début des travaux : vous versez un acompte de 50 000 €
  • 2 mois après le début des travaux vous versez un acompte de 50 000 €

3- Handing over the keys

  • Vous signez l’acte de vente notarié et versez le solde

Vous êtes maintenant propriétaire de votre lodge !

1- You sign the preliminary reservation contract

  • You choose your lot and pay a reservation deposit of €90,000.

2- You sign the notarized sale deed

  • We transfer the land titles and you pay the balance of the land
You now own your land !

3- You sign the architectural contract

  • You choose the type of villa, the desired changes and/or options then we finalize the architectural approach together

4- Start of work

  • You pay on situations until the villa is completed (in accordance with the architectural contract)

5- Handing over the keys

  • You pay the balance deducting 5% of the guarantee retention
You now own your villa !

6- One year after handing over the keys

  • You pay the 5 % of the guarantee retention
